Rasmussen daily GE graph for 7/7/08 - Obama 46, McCain 41 (O down 1, M up 1)
With leaners, Obama 49, McCain 44 (unchanged)

These Rasmussen graphs are all contained on one Web page at http://www.dvorkin.com/rastrack.html

Gallup has Obama 47, McCain 43 (same as before July 4, so it may actually be the old numbers):

1. No substantial movement, but good to see Obama maintaining a lead.

2. With everyone standing on his head,
I'm surprised he's holding up as well.
I think he will drop another few points.
The media is on full assault,
giving John McCain a free ride,
and the base is out for his blood.

3. We're stuck at 49 for three weeks straight!
Just one tiny bump up will put us at 50 with the leaners.

Kick and Rec ... thanks David :hi:

4. Supposedly, people talk to the their relatives about the election over the Jul 4 weekend
And after that, more minds are made up. Conventional wisdom, and I don't know if it's true. But if it is, we should start seeing the effect show up this week.
