Tweety doing a decent job on hardball now
Edited on Tue Jul-08-08 04:22 PM by senseandsensibility
He's challenging McSame on Iraq since the government wants us to leave, and the tone of the show seems very anti- repug today. I just wish that someone would have pointed out that this is not the first time we've been asked to leave.

After the break, they'll be talking about what the repugs will do with a very unpopular chimp during the convention.

He was a little more polite this time, but not much.:)

9. He represents the 527 group, Vets for Freedom, with deep ties to the Bush administration.
Jon Stoltz, on the other hand, represents VoteVets, an organization Wes Clark supports.

3. Yes he is. I have to comend him for sticking to his guns on this Iraq issue and
I think it is because Tweety thinks he was misled as most of us do.

4. Tweety is pointing out that Bush is as appealing as poison ivy
and the Dem surrogate said that we will showcase Bill Clinton in a splashy role the first day of the COnvention introducing the Grand Dame of the Party Hillary Clinton who will tell the country why she is so enthusiastically supporting Barack Obama for POTUS...whereas McCain will try to hide the 800 pound gorilla Bush. The Iraq issue is now a winner for Obama since Maliki wants us out and Bush, McBush and their cronies say "no" so now we are seen as occupiers.

5. All of this is very good news.
And I applaud tweety for covering it. Will this new and improved tweety last? I'm not counting on it, but it's fun while it lasts.

7. With Tweedy it's a crapshoot....
Sometimes listening to him gives me gastric distress
and a migrane.

But sometimes, like today, he makes sense
(going after those warmongers..)...

He must be back on his meds, and his blood sugar must be stable.
