Jenna & Barbara Bush on Why You Should Vote For The Chimp (funny!)
Edited on Tue Aug-24-04 12:59 AM by professor_pot
We're sure that you have no doubt who we'll be voting for in November. But you should also know that we would be voting for our Dad in this election even if he had not raised us, loved us, tutored us, coached us, and even listened to a few excuses from us for late curfews. We have been privileged to know our President personally and we know he is the right person to lead our country - especially when there are so many important issues at stake.

Our Dad has qualities that are needed in a good President - loyalty, humor (embarrassing as it sometimes may be), compassion, and, most importantly, integrity. We're not the only ones who see it. In fact, our friends - from varying political backgrounds - are supporting our Dad in November. Not only because of his decisions to liberate the women of Afghanistan or bring freedom to the people of Iraq, but because during the last ten years they met a man whose title was Governor or President, but who was always happy to be known as "our Dad." He made everyone feel welcome and comfortable in our house (except for the occasional boyfriend) and our friends got to know him as a really good guy.

11. The run-on sentences make it a 7th grade reading level.
Without the long sections of repeated actions, it's much lower. If you take the repeated actions and fragments as separate sentences, yep, you get a third grade reading level!

10. Ya sure, he's real funny and compassionate
As Governor of Texas he had 140 plus death row inmates come before him for review and all of them died. Some were young boys, some were mentally feeble, and one was a born again Christian just like your father and not only were all of them put to death he even mocked some of them. They weren't asking for a release only a reduction to life in prison. Your father is a vicious heartless prick.

Hi! My name is Jenna and I am absolutely so happy to have you visit my site! Sorry it took so long to post, but you know how girls are! Tee hee! I've been spending all day at the mall (girls you know how many cute guys are there). I found this cute little sweater for only 199.99! Anyway, my dad is so cool and you should vote for him. He freed the Iraqis, Afghanistanis, Fallujahs and all the rest! So vote for him and we know he'll win. Or don't and he'll win anyway! Toodles!

13. Dad's creepy friend Karl said we had to write this.
So anyhow, vote for our dad because...um... if we hafta go back to Crawford we'll be stuck in this stupid crappy little town in freaking Texas living on a phony ranch without even any horses and no decent malls within, like, 30 miles, and you can't even walk around there without ruining your Manolo Blaniks. And also, dad likes to hang out with that snooty Condi Rice. We think he's doing her, which is weird, but whatever. Mom gets kinda pissed about it, but she just goes off somewhere with her pills, so neither of them bugs us that much. Then there's Uncle Dick, who is seriously creepy, and he always hangs around and like, watches us, at least when he's not in his undisclosed secure location. It would be fine with us if dad got another vice president. Somebody cute, like John Edwards, only he's a Democrat. I guess there aren't any cute Republicans. Also, if dad loses the election he'll just sit around in his underwear at the stupid old ranch and drink Jack Daniels and he'll probably get out his crummy old beer bong. It's gross. So vote for our dad so our lives won't suck. Thank you.

20. "and, most importantly, integrity" Huh?
Georgie has integrity?

WHEN?????

He has the least integrity of any President in our history. He is without morals, his whole adminsitration is full of corrupting influences, and his sobriety is questionable.

I also echo the chorus of "These ladies are college graduates?"

At least the dark-haired one is cute, even with the reptilian influence.

Old Dubya is just a regular guy, bless his heart. At least, whoever wrote this for his daughters wants everyone to think so. Notice how this "letter" dovetails with everything the Bush people want to project about their candidate. Yeah, he ain't too smart, and he makes a mistake or two (Iraq! The economy!), but hey, he doesn't like his daughters' boyfriends, just like every other father throughout history!

35. Maybe some incest here?
Possessive fathers like Bush, showing dislike of their daughters' boyfriends, sometimes is an indicator of incest! The twins are HIS girls, and maybe he gave them some very personal sex education. So of course he would hate the thought of young men getting into their pants. This may be an unfounded smear of Bush, but who knows? Who would ever have thought that our President would have an intern giving him head in the Oval Office? If Clinton could do that, why couldn't Bush be doing his daughters?

24. HUH? Bush* wanted to "liberate the women of Afghanistan"?

I seem to remember the primary reason for the attack on Afghanistan was that Osama bin Laden and others were there and we wanted to kill or capture them because they allegedly sponsored the 9/11 attacks.

We were going to "smoke them out" and Bush* was not going to rest until we got Osama..

Now, of course, it's Osama bin Forgotten, so I guess that explains why the girls aren't mentioning it, and had to come up with the "liberate the women" story.

40. George Bush wouldn't know "integrity" if it bit him on the arse.
Why George W. Bush must be tried as a war criminal

April 20, 2004

From: http://www.freepress.org/columns/display/3/2004/873

The new revelations in Bob Woodward’s book, Plan of Attack, provide further evidence to convict President George W. Bush of war crimes.

As one of the 49 original signers of the UN Charter, the United States committed itself to the ideals and practices of the norms of international law. Only two U.S. senators voted against the treaty, which includes Article 2(4) that specifically prohibits “…the threat or use of force against the territorial integrity or political independent of any state….” In a September 23, 2003 speech to the United Nations, President Bush noted that both the UN Charter and American founding documents “recognize a moral law that stands above men and nations, which must be defended and enforced by men and nations.” Following World War II, just such action was taken at the Nuremberg trials and American, British, French and Soviet jurists established Article VI of the Nuremberg Charter, which legally defines “Crimes Against Peace.”

To commit a crime against peace, one must engage in “planning, preparation, initiation or waging of war of aggression, or a war in violation of international treaties . . . or participation in a common plan or conspiracy . . . to wage an aggressive war.” Bush is guilty on all these counts. The most damning evidence coming not from the liberal left, but in a series of well-documented books providing revelations by people in his own administration or party. Now, with Woodward’s work, the President is condemned with his own words.

Author Ron Susskind’s book about former Bush Treasury Secretary Paul O’Neill, The Price of Loyalty, reveals that from the very beginning of the Bush administration, the President was plotting and conspiring to wage aggressive war against Iraq. In Against All Enemies, Bush’s counter-terrorism expert, Richard Clarke, not only confirmed O’Neill’s account of the Bush administration’s obsession with attacking Iraq, yet also shows us an insider’s view on the illegal planning, preparation and initiation of the war through the deliberate manipulation of intelligence. President Nixon’s strategist, Kevin Phillips, documents four generations of war profiteering and deception by the Bush/Walker clan in American Dynasty.

Finally, in the latest blockbuster, Pulitzer Prize-winning Watergate reporter Bob Woodward outlines Bush’s illegal attack plan. Woodward establishes that five days after 9/11, the President was secretly scheming to go after, not bin Laden – the man responsible for the 9/11 attack – but rather bin Laden’s arch enemy Saddam Hussein. Specifically, 72 days after 9/11, Bush gave Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld the orders to draw up the secret war plans. Once enacted, these plans made George W. Bush a war criminal, just like the Nazi generals at Nuremberg.
