I didn't know anyone could just get one license canceled and get a new one! I guess the reason I don't believe that pic is a real ticket is because I've seen several real ones. They don't look like an invoice from the local hardware store. But, that doesn't really matter. He admitted he got a DUI, so why the new license? Something smells.
