Just saw a McCain ad

while watching the Olympics. Of course there was negativity. Somehow negative political ads just seem out of place during the games and all the hopeful messages. Has anyone seen Obama ads? Are they positive, or do they bash McCain?

2. Haven't seen any TV today - out with my kid's band at a gig they had.

But I do remember reading that his ad buy for the Olympics was more than Obama's - 6 million for mcsame as opposed to 5 million for Obama.

5. There have been a couple of threads on the negativity of McCain's ads.

I think it's interesting that we all had the same feeling about how out of place they seem. I wonder how the general public is receiving them...seeing as though it seems it shows every other commercial break.

I heard that Obama's is very positive and in the Olympic spirit...I'm bummed I missed it.

6. I saw a positive Obama ad

on CNN. I normally fast forward through them, but I was busy and had the TV on to keep track of the situation in Georgia.

7. The mccain ad did seem out of place.

Even more disturbing though was watching Phelps receive his first gold medal and, when the national anthem stopped abruptly, seeing the asshole with his wife and daughter in the stands. Damn, when is he going home???
