Now, which televised event do you think more people were watching tonight?

14. We're still watching the marathon
I thought it would be safe to read through the Presidential forum w/o spoilers, but I guessed wrong. Between tv, radio and the internet, I've known the outcome of all of Phelps' races in advance. :( Oh well, at least it was good news.

Ah well...I haven't told the family so it'll still be a surprise to some.

I told DH that I heard the result, but he doesn't want to know. So he'll be pleasantly surprised. The marathon is pretty exciting right now. :hi:

22. The Americans have never lost this race in the Olympics...
So yeah, no real suspense there.

But you should still watch it to see Phelps explode coming off the turn. It never ceases to amaze me.

And Lezak was solid once again as well.

29. A guy with double jointed knees, elbows and ankles swimming...
Is actually pretty interesting. He's basically as close to a fish nature has gotten with a human being.

30. Watching fish swim is boring, too.
Just talking about this is putting me to sleep.
*yawn*

Like I said...Not one person I know watched it. Everyone's been too busy with interesting things like Football and Baseball. Swimming is even more boring than soccer. It's. a. guy. swimming.

I woke my boyfriend up this morning with the good news that Canada had *finally* scored three medals while we slept last night. And we got to see the 4th Canadian medal live tonight!
