I've done a really informal poll of all the republicans I know (and I know a lot, good bad or indifferent) and oh my GOD, they looked like they felt SICK when I mentioned Lieberman! Like they suddenly smelled something bad and had vomit back up in their throat.

A lot of them told me they weren't even all that jazzed about you to begin with, but if you put Lieberman on the ticket, they'd DEFINITELY stay home. For sure, you-can-lay-money-on-it they'd stay home.

And now they're saying on Olbermann that it's a very real possibility that you might pick Lieberman. Oh I think that's a WONDERFUL idea. Fantastic. He's your buddy! Who can kiss your ass better than him? Pick him, pick him, pick him!!!!
