the "elite" evidence is piling up fast on McCain
off the top of my head:

Cindy McCain quote: "the only way to get around Arizona is by small private plane"

Phil Gramm: "nation of whiners; mental recession"

McCain himself: "not rich til 5 million"

McCain houses gaffe.

2. McCain's comment about his houses wasn't a gaffe.
A gaffe is when somebody misspeaks. McCain didn't misspeak. He really does have so many houses he doesn't want to to admit it to the press. I'm sure he knows exactly how many he has - he just didn't want to have to say it.

14. It's impossible to forget that you owe taxes... they send notices.
It's possible to forget to pay... but no one can claim they forgot they even owe them.

16. McCain really needs to learn how to use a computer
a good spreadsheet program would be of much use to him.

20. La Jolla - expensive little town next to San Diego. I doubt he "forgot" to pay his taxes.
He just didn't pay them. The extremely wealthy often avoid paying any taxes at all.

He probably owns an island in the Caribbean where he keeps most of his money.

4. If they put ALL that into one commercial it would be dynamite

(including the loafers, of course)

Or how about a commercial with just the pair of loafers and pricetag dangling off. Maybe juxtaposed with somebody with bare feet or really shabby shoes...

19. Yes, but I don't know how to link photos. It's a great picture. Will someone post it?
Obama has his feet up on a desk and there are holes in the soles of his shoes, showing how much walking he's done in them.

5. Tried to claim he had more retired generals / admirals supporting him...
after the news came out that Obama had more troops donating to his campaign.

So... McCain thinks they're better than the troops?

Military elitism is just as bad IMO.

18. Nope... they're the top 1% - 5% who think they shouldn't pay more taxes.
The tragic thing is seeing people who actually work for a living playing the useful idiot for them.

26. Admirals and plantations
Can't get much more elite having a father and grandfather who were navy admirals. He didn't just come into money through marriage, he was born into it.

And on "McCain Revealed" on CNN the opening minutes talk about the McCain's of Carrolton County, somewhere down South, owning all the land since 1800 and something as the camera shows falling down shacks.
