19. Even the short list is speculation
The MSM is guessing like everyone else trying to use process of elimination. The Obama camp has not given anyone any definitive "yes"s or "no"s to work with.

Hoping it's a Clark surprise - if it can't be Gore. :-)

4. Clark is conspicuously absent from the convention schedule.
Perhaps he is a dark horse. It would certainly knock McCain out of the running in most swing states.

35. That's why they have *Advisor's*
What Obama 'may' lack in experience he surely makes up for it with common sense, insight and judgment. Lack of experience does not equate to ignorance.

Now bush... not only did he lack foreign policy experience he's completely ignorant.

he has put forward some good bills including the bipartisan non proliferation legislation. He is on the foreign relations committee. However, a military would be complimentary.

40. Yea I know
That's why I said, 'may' lack, because I don't believe he does lack in that area, but since many others do if they are reassured that that's why presidents have advisor's most will say, oh yea that's true, and they feel more confident about it.

32. Afraid to be disappointed again
After the MI failed primary and Hillary's holding on to whatever power she has to blackmail Obama into the VP slot (something I've never seen the likes of since I started to vote for John Kennedy in 1960), politics is starting to suck...then there's John Edwards, or, WAS John Edwards...."A'll work for chew if yewl voat for me"...it was hard to listen to him say "A" instead of "I" all the time. Most politicians from the south have mastered the word "I," as they should if they expect to run for a national office, tho I do like the genteel southern accent of many politicians.

I'd love Biden, but fear finding out something about him I didn't know...am always nervous about the next shoe to fall, whoever's it might be.
