I'll start.

McCain goes to the doctor. the doctor sees a worried look on his face and says "What's wrong, Senator?"

McCain says, "I'm getting forgetful. I can't even remember how many houses we own. What can I do Doc?"

The Doctor says, "Pay me in advance."
