Help Bob Barr to get on the Ballot
Hmmm, what do you think. Would it be positive for Obama and Democrats to have Bob Barr on the Ballot in Minnesota (or in other states fot that matter).

All in all, I think we should help voters (read republicans :=)) to get to know more about Barr so they can vote for him insted of McCain......

What do you think?

2. Didn't we condemn Republicans for doing this with Ralph Nader?
Winning this election is vital and all, but how Rovian do we wish to get here?

3. That's a good point....
However, I think both Barr and Nader should be allowed to participate in at least one debate.....

Or can anyone give me a good reason for them not to?

7. Actually I don't think it's Rovian because it's more democratic to allow for third parties.
That's part of the change that I think is necessary-- I admit that some 3rd parties are just crazy but the ones that are more popular such as the Libertarians and the Green Party should have a say. A lot of their members are disaffected with both the Republicans and the Democrats and I kinda view as a sad suppression of free speech that they can't ever really have some of their opinions aired out. If they were allowed some sort of say in the process-- just allowing their candidates to participate in the debates for one thing-- maybe we wouldn't be seeing the crazy attention whoring stunts that shouldn't be part of a good peaceful protest.

8. I can definetely agree to that!!!
But to be honest....of course it's a lot easier to agree if it can help a democrat win the election :=)
