Sounds like it. On another thread someone writes that FAUX is predicting a leak this afternoon.

I guess that's good politicking. Steal the headline if you can. Minimize Obama's bounce.

Of course, if it's a lousy stinking pick, it will still steal Obama's bounce. Argh.

15. Diebold Intervention
The only other way to win is with voter purging, voter disenfranchisement and other unlawful republican tricks.

4. You think that people will.....
...switch away from a historic speech given by a historic candidate to search biographical info on a tired old republican VP pick? If they do this they'll be hurting themselves because they'll be making their big announcement when no one is listening.

5. The only way they can upstage Obama tonight is if they announce their VP pick is either
Ronald Reagan or Gerald Ford.

8. McCain better be picking Jesus
if he wants to upstage Obama's speech. Otherwise, he's just wasting his breath.

10. It's a major sign of desperation
and it will probably be a yawner any way. It'll get lost in the shuffle of Obama's night if it's not a compelte shocker.

19. Smooth move, McCain....
That makes about as much sense as trying to get a cop's attention by making fart noises during a riot. Some things are just a little bigger than you, McC*nt.
