4. Oh there are plenty of posts that seem to be giddy about this happening.

13. Nahhh...
I don't think they mean any harm... they're just not thinking it through.

5. I bet the GOP wants it to happen
I don't want it to happen because I care about people unlike republicans.

8. They don't care. They like it when people get hurt.

3. It's not really "cheering," but wondering aloud about all their years' worth of "God's punishment
...rhetoric coming back to make them look like the flaming, heartless assholes they are...

7. I can not control a hurricane, and I would prefer it did not hit
But if it does and the administration fails like before they and McCain need to be crucified

10. No cheering from me.
Unlike freepers, I don't wish harm on my fellow Americans for political gain. Photos from Hurricane Katrina still make me cry...I don't want to see a repeat.

11. If you're referring to my post, I'm not cheering for the hurricane...
But we're looking at a near certainty that Gustav is going to affect offshore drilling in the Gulf. I said nothing about a landfall, and I frankly hope it doesn't.

12. No cheering here.
I don't appreciate any accusations of such. Please refrain from this behavior. Or you make me suspicious of being the culprit?

14. We have some DUers in the line of fire too...
I've not seen any cheers, but I've seen several "God's will" type comments. We just can't afford to be as nasty and mean as the GOP.
