1. It's in your cache

YouTube files can be found in the cache. They're called, "GetVideo" - just rename it and add the .flv extension and move it out of the cache. You now have a copy of the video forever.

5. there is an add on for Firefox called Downloadhelper

It is what I use to grab FLV files and have never had a problem with it
