Dear John: The press is doing it's CONSTITUTIONALLY MANDATED job;
one that is essential to a democracy. If you don't like it; or worse, can't take it; you need to look for different work.

Stop telling the (surprisingly tough lately) press what it can and can't write about--including the underground press on the blogs. :mad:

1. He's just trying out is executive privilege hat
If in power he will do what he wants no matter what, above any sort of law or oversight.

3. "Constitutionally MANDATED?"
Permitted, yes, but mandated? Where does the Constitution say that?

4. We patriotic Americans do certainly consider it a SACRED DUTY
to speak our minds and dog the powers that be. It may not be a Constitutional mandate per se, but it SHOULD be, lol.

7. When Obama is inaugurated the 44th president in January,
will we patriotic Americans still consider it to be a sacred duty to dog the powers that be, since Obama and an increased Democratically-controlled Congress will then be the powers that be?

Just askin'. :shrug:

6. Nothing is mandated. That's kind of the whole point.
