7. Events
McCain referenced Michael Moore in his speech. The crowd proceeded to boo him for about 5 minutes, probably at first in general, and then more so as they realized he was SITTING RIGHT THERE. Watching and chanting two more months! It seemed as if a riot was about to erupt.

Such a vitriolic, personal attack -- a flamethrower line -- is sure to be talked about for days if not weeks. I don't think it will do McCain any good outside of the rabid reich crowd.
