Is there ANY negative Media criticism of these speeches yet??

I've been reading posts here for the past hour - as I fondly remember the Demo convention and the various critical comments from those all-so wise talking heads, are we seeing any responses in-kind - honest critique of McCain or Guiliani? Is the view that the media is covering this the same as the Demo event? Or is the expected media bias unfolding?

up there for at least an hour! Blah blah blah. Can't stand to look at that ugly old twisted man. As obnoxious as Coleman. Media bias is alive and well. They're still showing him.

just now has Leslie, Judy woofwooff and Jeffie bragging on how electrifying it is--no Dem opposition! Damn liars!!

telling us what the Dem reaction is. Goddamn liars!! And I don't usually curse!

On edit: Explanation for why I'm so mad is that CNN had repig opposition on immediately after big Dem speeches at the Dem convention, and they SAID there would be the same thing at the repig convention. Where the HELL is the opposition? I see nobody but CNN hired guns!! And I'm pissed off!

And get this - a newscaster on MSNBC is down on the floor talking to a delegate, and a group prayer starts, and he stops the interview and bows his head in prayer with everyone else.

Who knows what he is praying for. "Please God, re-appoint Bush."

So far no discussion of the inappropriate use of 9/11 or of the negative attacks (ala Carter and Sharpton) that the same talking heads skewered Dems over at their convention.

8. I saw about 15 seconds of Judy Woodruff

gushing about the speeches. Then I switched to MSNBC and heard Scarborough doing the same. Sorry, I can't do this to myself. I had to shut the TV off before my head exploded.

Breaking news....tomorrow the RNC will parade decomposed body parts of 911 victims on the stage during prime time.
