"A night where the Democrats look back... the Republicans look forward"
According to some GOP goon on MSNBC.

Hmmm... all I remember hearing about was 9/11 and 'evil Saddam'.

These people are pathetic!

1. If you are heading full speed towards a cliff
runing around and going backwards is the only smart thign to do.

Going forward in the wrong direction only gets you to the wrong place faster.

2. Bill was mentioned specifically
From his convention speech:

Tonight I speak as a citizen, returning to the role I have played for most of my life as a foot soldier in the fight for our future, as we nominate a true New England patriot for president. ... We all want our children to grow up in a secure America leading the world toward a peaceful future. ... The 21st century is marked by serious security threats, serious economic challenges, and serious problems ... it is also full of enormous opportunities ... Tonight my friends, I ask you to join me for the next 100 days in telling John Kerry’s story and promoting his plans. ... John Kerry knows who he is and where he’s going. ... has always championed the cause of people too often left out or left behind. And that’s what he’ll do as our Vice President. ... John Kerry and John Edwards, have good ideas

It's like he's obsessed with looking back; can't you see?

4. If they look back they'll see their record! Of course they look "forward."
"Let's look forward. What do we do going forward?" Those are the things every f*ck-up says.

8. Sure... Sept 11, 2001 is "forward"...
If you're living in the 18th century, like they are.

9. It's the Nazi/GOP tactic.
Accuse your opponents of your own actions.

I HATE THESE PEOPLE.
