JK's alleged inconsistencies
There is nothing remotely inconsistent about supporting our government until it's policies become blatantly misguided and are no longer in the best interests of our long term national security.

The ability to do so is tantamount to true patriotism, and conscientious leadership.

It's true of JK's 1971 Congressional testimony, as it is of his vote against the allocation of 87 billion to finance no bid cost plus contracts and the further mismanagement of our military.

Consistantly exposing malfeasance is a desirable trait.

I'm totally sick of the simplistic "flip flop" portrayal as further perpetuated by Guiliani last eve.

Blind patriotism "sans" scrutiny leads to overt corruption and has done so. We all know the tired adage of "absolute power corrupting. . .absolutely" It's excrutiating to watch.

I wish one of Kerry's surrogates would say this.
