Now is the time for Obama and Biden to beat McCain without mercy
Edited on Mon Sep-15-08 03:29 PM by Lastlaughin08
Just run up todays stock market numbers and pin them on the Bush and McCain failed policies.

These bastards need to be put squarely on the hotseat for what they are doing to Americans.

How that stupid old fool McCain can say the economy is sound is absolutely amazing.

I used to have a little respect for McCain, but now I say fuck him. No more slack from me for a guy that is completely in denial.

1. Yes, all hands on deck tomorrow. Obama, Biden, the ads and the surrogates.
Get on message and knock the hell out of them.

5. hate to be a wet blanket, but the excessive profanity and use of violent imagery/words
doesn't make the democrats look like the party of responsible, level-headed adults. as we all know, people vote a lot based on images and emotions, and i don't think the bully/punk image is going to win a lot of votes in the middle.

6. I understand your point, and your concern...

but how our elected officials and surrogates behave and come across on TV can never be considered bullying.

That is the territory of Limbaugh, Hannity and company, all surrogates for the Republican Party.

How individual members at messageboards communicate is a different story. Sure, it can be a turn-off to some how the "followers" of a candidate behave, but it's the candidates themselves, and who they have speaking on their behalf in the media, that set the tone.

I am proud that the Democratic Party can NEVER be construed as bullying/punk. That is the territory of the right. Don't you know democrats are known as "wimps and pussies"? And, it's because of that image that frustration is released at boards such as this when we do want to fight fire with fire.

But reasoned thought prevails with the left; bullying and willful ignorance prevails with the right.
