If Palin is so damned great...
Why didn't she run for President in the primaries?

Everyone talks about how Palin overshadows McCain, but if she had started at the beginning, with the rest of them, she would have been chewed up and spit out long before the election. I think it's hilarious that Palin is the "big draw" now, but she would never have made it through a primary selection season. The low information short bus crazies are rooting for her now, but consider what her trajectory would have been like as a primary candidate.

What gives?

Any port in a storm, I guess!

McCain was a sacrificial candidate anyway... I'm convinced of this more and more every day.
