did anyone see Rachel Maddow's explanation of the fiscal crisis using Halloween candy as a metaphor?

6. She compared the situation to kids on Halloween getting candy
She then talked about the aftermath of a huge candy haul under the supervision of adults and under the supervision of other kids (a year older). The conclusion was that when kids are supervised by other kids things can go wrong, usually with kids getting from over indulging their sweet tooth.

present to my teen daughter as a true "role model" as both a human being and and first class commentator. :thumbsup:

Her relationship with Pat Buchanan "cracks me up" in a funny way. Only Rachael can handle that delicate balance enough not to "go off" on Patsy.
