Before he pulled his stupid stunt we almost had a deal, he pulled his stunt and things got worse. So if he was sincere in his reason for threatening to pull he has no business participating. . .it just reinforces how he is motivated by nothing but pure politics.

1. The people want to hear the debate. McCain just wants voters to remain confused

2. But....but...but..he says he saved us.
“He is optimistic that there has been significant progress toward a bipartisan agreement now that there is a framework for all parties to be represented in negotiations, including Representative Blunt as a designated negotiator for House Republicans.”

Also swipes at Obama: “The difference between Barack Obama and John McCain was apparent during the White House meeting yesterday where Barack Obama’s priority was political posturing… John McCain listened to all sides so he could help focus the debate on finding a bipartisan resolution….”

3. I had a light bulb moment ....
...yesterday and I'm hoping that others did too.

As a former Clinton supporter, I admit to thinking that "change" was a little wishy washy, who isn't for change.

When Obama came out yesterday he said that the best way to come up with a solution was to not place blame or try to take credit, to just focus on the problem. He put his own best interest aside and his focus was on solving a problem and it didn't matter to him if he got credit for it or not. Meanwhile in the McCain campaign they are scurrying around with their theatrics, trying to create drama, trying to get a bad situation to benefit McCain politically.

Obama was being a president, working for the people. McCain was trying to LOOK like a president. McCain may be a maverick, but he is Washington through and through.

That's the change. Obama demonstrated how Washington would be run under his administration. McCain, was business as usual, use everything as political gain.

Maybe most of you already understood this, but I needed to see it and I did.
