Investigators in Illinois claim they have enough evidence to convict Democratic Governor Rod Blagojevich.

It's up to the Justice Department to determine whether an indictment will be sought.

Expect Blagojevich to be indicted in late October. The Republicans will tie Blago to Obama with references to Rezko.
