3. I was just about to post that and to say that unfortunately can work.

There are a number of people who are reluctant to vote for Obama because "he doesn't have experience." And by McCain continually repeating that Obama "doesn't understand," it feeds into that belief. Unfortunately, I think that "strategy" will work on some people, I just hope not too many.
