1. As much as I don't like to look at polls much.....
I've got to say, those are some mighty blue good looking margins there...

2. looking at the Electoral Map
I think to myself that we have to take a real shot at West Virginia.

Montana, Arizona, Georgia

We need to make a loud and clear statement.

8. It's been awhile since we've seen a poll from West Virginia
The last one I know of was Rasmussen on Sept. 25. It had McCain +8. I wouldn't be surprised if we've closed the gap significantly since then.

3. I can't believe Georgia is +7 for McCain.
I know it's the South and all. But did they not poll in Atlanta?

6. Good to see.

Here's hoping Obama bumps it into "uncatchable" with tonight's town hall. I have a feeling he will.

7. The predictions are favoring Obama.
All we need to do to make that a reality is to:

1.a have everyone double check their voter registration at least a week beforehand

1.b make sure every eligible voter knows who to contact in case there is a problem with their voter registration

2.a make sure volunteers fill their cars with gas the night before

2.b make sure volunteers' cell phone batteries (and/or video camera batteries) are charged and everyone has several contact phone numbers

2.c make sure volunteers' driving records are spotless

2.d make sure volunteers have drinks and snacks and folding chairs and umbrellas and folding canopies (http://www.eideindustries.com/index/freestanding/fold_canopy/gallery.htm) for polling stations

2.e make sure volunteers can videotape any polling station where problems "appear"

2.f make sure any footage of problem polling stations are uploaded to YouTube and emailed to news organizations ASAP!

3. make sure every voter can get out to vote November 4th (GOP on November 5th)

4. make sure everyone's votes are counted

5. make sure election fraud is contested everywhere it occurs

If we do these things then we can be sure we've had a fair election.

12. Is it spiteful of me to be secretly hoping for a landslide?
I mean a Roosevelt-Dewey 1944 type of landslide, or a Clinton-Dole in 1996. A statement-making landslide.
