26. It isn't creepy. it is old age.
There is nothing wrong with getting old. I played music for 100 seniors tonight. We need to take care of our elders and give them as much respect as we possibly can.

But 72 is too old for this job, especially considering his particular health history.

27. There are quite a few people in their 70s who aren't nearly that badly off
Some could probably handle being president, though the percentage decreases every passing year.

40. Agreed. But there is nobody in his 70s I want doing this job
Certainly people in their 70s (and beyond) can be great assets, and their wisdom and experience should be sought. But this job requires a physical and mental intensity that simply is more than any 72-year-old can bring 24x7.

25. He reminds me of a sad old man wandering outside first thing in the morning with his robe on,
(gaping open to reveal - ugh, I won't go there) black socks on, one of them sliding down, ratty old slippers and he's aimlessly looking for his paper except he already got the paper and put it on his dining room table. Someone please help Grandpa!

33. And constantly blinking
I just watched a replay of the debate and couldn't help but notice that McCain's blinking is non-stop, taking place even while Obama is speaking. Does he have something wrong with his eyes? McCain looked like a bundle of nerves, getting up on his feet and back down again on his stool even while Obama was speaking, constantly fidgeting with his hands and feet. I wonder if he's on some kind of medication. It looks like the town hall type of format doesn't favor McCain after all.

36. McCain mumbling about Obama's projector and hair transplants was weird
I thought he might have been on the verge of getting out his ball bearings and grilling the audience on what they did with the strawberries.
