This is a Maverick

Maverick:

Simple in construction.
Affordable to buy.
Decent engine, but ate up with "skin cancer".
Tempermental.
Underpowered.
Biggest upgrade was a "redesigned grille" in later years.
Dropped by the consumers for anything with more style.

McSame:
Simple in mental construction.
Has been bought repeatedly.
Decent engine, but ate up with skin cancer.
Very tempermental.
Definitely underpowered (between the ears).
Biggest "upgrade" was addition of trophy wife, later to be replaced by trophy running mate.
Dropped by anyone with two brain cells to rub together for anything with substance.

Conclusion: He's definitely a Maverick, but that's nothing to be proud of.
