I can haz new mortgage price?

WTF is he thinking? He's floating this bizarre idea of rewriting everyone's mortgages? WHO ISN'T SUFFERING FROM EQUITY LOSS, JOHN? WTF? I don't get this. I've lost tens of thousands in equity, perhaps a hundred thousand. Do I get a new mortgage that reflects my losses? And who gets to set the criteria by which someone gets a new "price" on their house and someone else doesn't?

WTF, JOHN? Are you fucking NUTS?
