Coffee drinkers -- get your 7-11 coffee cup election update here.
Check my journal for past results.

From http://www.7-election.com/

Obama: 58% McCain 42%

McCain States:
Idaho
West Virginia
New Hampshire

Tie:
NJ

Obama States:
Absolutely everyfuckingthing else by freakishly huge margins, including a healthy 59% lead in Texas. Hehehehehehe.

I know this doesn't mean anything except that people who buy coffee at 7-11 LOVE Obama, but I surely do enjoy looking at that blue map. Enjoy! http://www.7-election.com/

1. So McCain supporters hate coffee??
They probably hate Old Yellar, too.

7. The stores have a day-by-day tally too.
But you have to go into the store to get it. Not all of them post it, or know it, but they can find it.

6. Just because I over-analyze everything (I think), I'll give a more serious response.
This isn't as meaningless as it seems. People who are more confident of their choice are the ones most likely to brag about it. Coffee, bumper stickers, yard signs, tattoos... It all means that the people who like Obama are more confident in their choice. That's encouraging.

8. Bought my Obama cuppa this morning . . .
. . . in New Jersey! :woohoo:

Funny, but the people in front of me bought coffee in the standard 7-11 generic cups.

10. People who buy coffee at 7-11...
are the real working class! I buy there all the time--even have my own mug:D I see more workers getting their coffee in the morning. Starbucks, now that may be a different story...:P

11. I haven't been drinking coffee for a while, but I think I'll give Obama a cup today
score another blue cup for Texas.

The funny thing is, if it where Starbucks, the vote would probably be much closer. Who is the elitist again?

12. This is a corporate ploy to get me to buy a large cup when I really want a small.
Alright, I did give in the other night and buy an Obama cup but that's going to be it.
