Should Obama Spot McSame 5 points on the Election?
He'd still win, and it might be seen as a benevolent gesture toward an old cranky man.

1. "What is good in life?"
"To crush your enemies, see them driven before you, and to hear the lamentations of their women."

2. Benevolence?
Hell no, I want to see McCain and Palin thrashing on the floor crying and wailing on November 4 by 8:00 ET. I want both of their careers and their legacies destroyed.... you get the drift.

Hey I'm mean I even want Bristol to get left at the alter as Levi goes off to join the French foreign legion so he can avoid dear ol' dad-in-law.

11. The Bradley effect is bullshit.
It's bullshit at best, a cover story for election theft at worst. Don't fucking believe it.

9. What? Never heard of spotting points?
It's like in a playground basketball game where the stronger team gives the weaker team a point advantage before the game even starts. You spot the other team 5 points, which means the game starts with a score of 5-0.

You have to remember who exactly we are dealing with. Obama, the Democratic Party, and the rest of us are the ones whom are ALREADY at a disadvantage. If anything, they should spot US a few points when you consider their connections to big corporations and their vast media empire, which includes a virtual monopoly on talk radio spewed onto the airwaves to millions of listeners EVERY SINGLE DAY. Let us also not forget the fact that they control the proprietary software used in voting machines in several states, as well as holding the office of the Secretary of State (which oversees elections) in many states. Pretty much the only thing that we have to even slightly even out the playing field is our use and general mastery of Al Gore's Internet. Without the internet, I'm not even sure we'd still have a democracy at all anymore. No, I don't think we should nor can we afford to "spot" them a few points. We need EVERY point we already have and can gain from now until election.

10. I'm getting nervous that democrats are acting too cocky. We got 3 weeks left. Rethugs will become
more desperate and brazen to steal this election.

14. Disagree, because every D I know is fully engaged in this race and
continues to work their asses off, while most Rs I know have already given up.

When the Rs start saying things like, "they're all the same," and "I'm just not into politics this year" it means the writing is on the wall.

...for "crowd control" etc. ~ will they try to keep voters from protesting another stolen election??

12. NO. Republican cheating will do that for McLiar already.
Their purging the voter rolls of Democrats won't be as successful this time as the last but it will still remove some of us.

Their putting Republicans at Democratic polling places to challenge voter registrations and slow the vote down to discourage Democrats won't sent everyone home but some people won't be able to stand in line that long.

So no, as casually cute as the statement was, the situation is too perilous for magnanimous gestures.

19. well I'd rather..
I'd rather see how the retardicans will embarrass themselves until that day.
When they can convince themselves that they'll win then they just act too proud.. they can be so obnoxious.
But when they KNOW they're losing then they'll show their true colors :D they'll do some desperate dumbness!

We need to be up by at least 5 to guard against their cheating. Even then, there's no guarantee with these criminals.
