The New! Improved! John McCain speaking at Davenport, IA.
I don't know who he's channeling, but this isn't the real McCain.

Advocating cooperation between Dems and Reps -- 'we don't want to yell at each other'

and diving in on the pols serving time in prison and vowing that that kind of behavior will be over when he's Pres.

Dropping the Ayers/terrorist approach (since it hurt him in the polls) and diving right into the economy, guess he can't avoid it any longer.

1. He should be examined for mutliple personality disorder
or at least put a sign on his head when he appears so we know which one of him is talking. He is a pathetic little cowardly man.

2. LOL!! Pat Buchanan is right. McCain is schizophrenic, lurching from one position
and strategy to another.

I'm glad he's lurching back toward sanity. I suspect this trend will last about a week.

15. "diving in on the pols serving time in prison "-McCain telegraphing next play
I think that is an indication of where he is going next with his attacks. . .they will turn to Tony Rezko. While he is not in prison, his original sentencing date was the end of this month but the federal prosecutors asked the judge for a delay. Many people say the request was made because he is talking.

16. In Iowa, voters hate political attacks - but don't be fooled. Did you get a load of the invocation?

"There are plenty of people around the world who are praying to their god, be they Hindu, Buddah, or Allah, that (McCain's) opponent wins. I pray that you step forward and honor your own name." Ends with "in Jesus' name."

~ Pastor "Conrad," speaking before Sen. McCain's event in Davenport, Iowa this morning

Iowa's Republican Party is now controlled by the Rabid Religious Right, if you hadn't noticed.

21. All the while his "terrorist" ad is STILL playing every ten minutes here in Vegas on CNN...
It's all BULLSHIT.

If he's serious - TELL HIM TO IMMEDIATELY PULL ALL HIS "TERRORIST" ADS.

They DO say after all "I'm j... mc.... and I approved this message."

22. Why is he in IOWA? Does he know something we don't?
I seriously think that's out of reach for him now.

He should be in IN, MO, OH, NC, or even FL though that is really slipping away.

Everything is slipping away from them. Maybe its because of senate or house races though.

26. Yup, he is TESTING strategies to see which works best in POLLS.
Tells me the negative, "kill'em" strategy didnt work so well in the polls and now he needs to try the 180 and see how that fairs. It should last until the next debate and then...
