So - I just watched 1 hr of CNN's Ballot Box -
Not ONE word about Palin being found guilty in Troopergate.

Maybe that's what you get when you have Suzanne Malveaux and Dana Bash in charge of the show.
People who were tuning in to find out what happened this past week in election news would finish watching this show believing that it is still a close election. And that Obama's attacks on McCain were just as bad as McCain's on Obama.

Can someone please explain to me WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON OVER THERE???

3. Was it live? They often tape Saturday's shows on Friday...

That might explain the disconnect.

4. So much of the so called "24/7 news cycle" is repeats, that I often wonder why it's called that?
Edited on Sat Oct-11-08 03:17 PM by Billy Burnett

If I stay up late enough on any week night I can see O'Really, Insannity, Glenn Beck, and Larry K. reruns four or five times. Then there's the chosen show reruns on the weekends.

Just where is this 24/7 news cycle everyone laments as the reason why short term news memory is so prevalent?

6. You have a point there.
I don't know if it was live, but that could be the reason.
