First of all, yes, I am a newbie... and I won't vote for Obama on November 4th ? Why do you ask? Because I can't! You see, I live North of the border (French Canadian), but a junkie for presidential elections, especially this one.
In 2004, I was dividing my time reading DU and Freerepublic (hey, don't judge me, it's free entertainment and worth a lot of laughs!). But this year, I cannot stand Freerepubic, it's a vile place where racism is rampant and where bad faith is a religion. Those people are sick. That Ayers stuff is incredible, I must admit I don't understand why, aside from here, people are not more angry about this pure McCarthyism billcrap from the right. Yesterday, I wanted to punch my computer screen while watchin Michelle Bachman... .. anyway...
To be honest I am 100 times more concerned and anxious about this election than the election we just got up here (what a snoozer that was...) Not that I am scared by a McCain Presidency, but scared shitless about the fact that a majority of Americans would consider him (and Moose Killer) better equipped to reinstate the United States standing in view of the world.
But now I am quite certain that won't happen. I will celebrate, up here, a victory. It won't be just a victory for the Democratic party, but a victory for your Country. Think about that on November 5th!
Hey, don't forget to vote... :-)
