Misleading college students?
There was a story on CNN with reports that there are fliers circulating in colleges with misleading information about how to register, or about "undercover agents" checking for phony names..

The difficulties for students whose driver's license has a different address and, if they live in dorms, of course cannot show a utility bill to prove their residency.

Some misleading information that if students register at a different address than their homes, that their parents won't be able to claim them as dependents on their tax returns.

I know a freshman from Illinois who just started school in Pennsylvania and, of course, realizes that his vote for Obama will county more in PA than in IL and is planning on voting there.
