1. So did I
And I sure as hell didn't vote for him. The problem was that so few people actually voted, so the Gropinator Gobernator won because his fans voted for him. Al 5 of them.

2. Whenever Gropenfuher hits the scene the inevitably "how could you people vote for him" threads
pop up. I figured i'd go all preemptive.

4. I didn't vote for him either
and it really pissed me off when I found out that many of my friends did. They thought he was going to stop runaway production, as if he cared about the little people. He didn't. they also thought he'd be great for gays; I have no idea what put that into their heads. All I know is the stories I heard about him from people who knew him were that he was a racist PIG (read in the ugliest way possible).

Nuff said.

7. yeah, talk about morans.
I tried so hard to talk sense into them. I could not believe their rationale. Utterly naive fools, shouldn't be allowed to vote.

10. At least he can't run for president
Thank God. He'd probably win, too. People go crazy for the whole terminator act ('and as president....I will say hasta la vista baby to Osama!)

15. I voted 'no' as well on the recall
And then was a good girl and voted for BUstamente in that insane election.

IMHO, Gary Coleman would have done a better and more honest job.

16. I still can't believe that joke is Governor of California
but if Sarah Palin is a VP candidate, then it just goes to show how low our country has sunk. What a circus.

17. I voted no on the recall too. And I got laid off because of him...
the first thing he did in office was cut education. Money was just strippsed away from higher education, and that may happen again. I appreciate his being environmental (even if its hypocritical) and his opposition to Prop 8. But he is still in favor of parental notification (though pro-choice), he still endorsed McCain, he still cuts schools and jobs, and he is very much a Republican. People were so smitten with him at first that they tried to push through legislation to change the constitutional rule of not allowing those born in other countries to run for president. They actually wanted him as president! Anyhow, he's not the worst Republican there is and not the best, though he is not nearly as bad a politician as he is an actor.

Makes you wonder why it's there, doesn't it?
