Arizona
I was watching CSPAN a little while ago, and they had a journalist from Arizona on, and she said that the race is tied in Arizona, and that in Tuscon Obama is ahead by almost 20%. She also said Howard Dean is campaigning there today, and that Obama has a great ground game there.

2. I wish there were updated poll numbers from AZ.
Real clear politics doesn't seem to have any numbers from the past 5 or 6 days.

6. This is my obsession...
I can tell you there is ZERO enthusiasm for M/P in my town.

In fact, the new signs here just say "McCain", not "McCain Palin."

Fingers crossed.

7. I hope Obama wins Arizona.
McSame deserves to lose his home state after the campaign he's allowed on his behalf.

If he'd have run an honorable campaign, I'd kinda hope he'd win AZ as a face saving measure, but he DESERVES humiliation tomorrow night!

PEACE!

8. R2000 had Obama up 12 in early voting in AZ last week.

9. Can't speak for everyone in Tucson, but...
as I posted last week, my 72yo MIL who lives there, a woman who has voted Republican most of her life, voted for Obama this time. And I get the feeling that others like her did the same.

10. We had two polls last week that showed O +1 and O +2. Granted,
the majority of polls show it tied or give it to M by 2 to 5.

But a recent poll showed that Janet Napolitano could beat him in a senate race by eleven points.

25% of the voters here have never seen McCain's name on a ballot because there are so many young new voters and new residents (many from California).

11. Dean to be in Tucson at noon...looks like plans were changed at last moment.
Here are the details on the rally, and I think there may be another stop not sure.

According to Dean a few days ago...AZ was not on his agenda at that time.

Dean to be in ME,ND, MN, WA, OR, NM, and MO by election day.

No mention of AZ

12. I will be out there Tuesday morning again. 5:30AM for GOTV.
I don't know the details, but I'm showing up to help. We WILL WIN AZ! Wouldn't that just be the EXCLAMATION POINT! If 2.5% gave Bush a MANDATE, what will Obama winning AZ mean? Is there a word for that? :)
