And that's where a huge portion of the AA vote is.


In white districts there is one voting machine for every 200 people.

In AA districts there is one voting machine for every 400 people.

Add to that, the polls close early at 7 pm (leaving people a lot less time to get there after work)

AND

it's going to rain tomorrow afternoon and evening.....

One bright spot: The local hip hop radio station is sending trucks with water and snacks out to every single district.


It could potentially be a mess here....just getting in a final word before this board goes nuts tomorrow.....

But we are not going to be hearing any calling for Virginia before midnight.
