HIllsborough NC is FIRED UP!!!!! Even in the rain!

It's raining steadily here and in our little town Obama supporters are at the main intersection downtown with signs and smiles on their faces!!! Went down and joined them for a little while. Even the school buses and recycling trucks are honking at us!!! It's raining and it's A PARTY!!!!

NORTH CAROLINA IS GOING BLUE FOLKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!


p.s. Bubba in his pickup keeps going up and down the street honking and playing his "Dixie" horn! It's bizarre and it's so great!!!!!

I voted early in NC (beautiful steady stream of voters)....I was smiling from ear to ear, couldn't contain myself...wanted to cry, from the pure joy of it all.

I DO BELIEVE NC IS GOING BLUE!!!! And Dole with her "godless" campaign probably helped!

I just told my SO, who is heading out to vote, that it's like a party. We see lines and lines of people all over the country, but rather than viewing it as a negative (that they are trying to suppress the vote by making it tough), it is AWESOME how the citizens are exercising their RIGHTS and smiling as they wait in line (at least the Obama folks...lol)

6. You know what's weird?

Two threads in a row where I called into a poster's state or county. Someone posted a thread about MO (I called there last night) and I called Hillsborough yesterday afternoon. TOO WEIRD!!! :o

I also called Creswell, Greensboro, Swan Quarter, and Columbia NC. So many nice folks down in your state! :-)
