As some of you already know, I can't vote today, and it makes me sad... My non-US citizenship prevents me to do so (As we say here : C'est la vie...) ... :-(

But, as a Citizen of the World, I would love to cast my vote today and you can help me to do so...

SO! When you enter the booth today, and pull the lever, fill the circle, punch the screen (or whatever youdo)... think of me... think of of us, Citizens of the World.

Be sure that tonight, when they announce this great Victory, we will be rejoicing with you. Actually, I am off to buy the best bottle of champaign I can afford... and you know what? I won't be the only one doing so up here, in Canada. I also bet it will be the case all around the World.

I will be able to tell my children that I was there when on of the greatest America President was elected, when America found its way back and when the World started embracing it again!

3. I very much felt the weight of my vote a little over a week ago at early voting in Chicago.

When I was about to press the button to select Obama/Biden, I got extremely overwhelmed by the magnitude of it and started to tear up. One of the things I thought about was all the people, like you, who are watching and hoping right along with us. I just hope we've done enough to overcome the cheating. I think we have, I have high hopes today.
