Short story is the headline.
Long story. In February 2008, Mike Sandvick of the Milwaukee Police Department released a report along with the rest of his voter fraud unit. This was something the chief didn't want released, and it was done without his permission. John Fund has made it the centerpiece of his voter fraud allegations (well, ACORN is centerpiece, this is side dish).
Today, Sandvick is featured in a Fund op/ed in the WSJ. Sandvick found seven entire whole absentee ballots that he's now challenging.

Update: Read Problems in Milwaukee...NOT!
The press conference was the chief patiently explaining that there was no disbanding of the voter fraud unit as had been reported by the wifebeating John Fund. There are around a dozen detectives paired with lawyers in squad cars around the city and any problems called in will have a team there as quickly as possible to deal with the problem.
Meanwhile, the chief talked a lot about expecting a member of the force to act like a member of the force when investigatory information was found. Sounds like Officer Sandvick will soon be enjoying his retirement.
