Just voted here in Indianapolis (South side)
There was not much of a turnout in my suburban (near Greenwood) precinct at the nearby golf course but my wife and I and kids went there about an hour ago and there didn't expect a huge turnout given that most people haven't gotten off work yet. Nothing funky going on that I could see although I had to check in with two different people, which was somewhat different from when I voted in the primary last spring but we didn't get hassled or anything. However, I had my Photo ID all ready, signed in, and voted. I voted a straight Democratic ticket and fed it to the ES & S Optical Scan machine. I hope it gets counted.

*Oh and I got my Obama/Biden sign stolen off my yard sometime overnight or early morning and my wife said that the other signs in the neighborhood were gone as well although they spared our "Postal Workers Back Obama" sign that my wife got from a co-worker that we put up just so that we could have a sign showing our support for Obama before we got the O/B one. *sigh* Fortunately, my wife's co-worker is going to get us a new one to remember this momentous day by.

2. I don't know what the demographics are around here
It's pretty homogenous (white) and it is pretty near Greenwood. My supervisor says that she and her family used to live in Greenwood but left because she felt it was too racist so I'm guessing I'm in a fairly conservative bastion. Well, actually, I just remembered that Dan Burton *ugh* is my Congressman, so, yeah it is a GOP area.
