My final report on the GOTV effort

I have been running GOTV from my house for the last 4 days straight. Early in the morning to late at night.

Last night we finished knocking on doors at 9:00 PM. It was 1:00 PM before we had everything sorted out and ready for this morning.

We opened the staging location at 5:00 AM and the day has seen real busy times as the canvassers come and go. We managed to knock on every door on our list this weekend, no one returned until they had their packet complete.

Things are starting to wind down. I have everyone out on 2nd and 3rd passes of the city and we are going to send them to the polls at 7:15 to insure the voters stay in lines after the polls close and to provide comfort.

It was the perfect day for this event today in NE Ohio 75 degrees and Sunny.


History is about to be made and I have been proud to be part of it. WOW!


This one is for you America. We are taking our country back as of 11/04/2008.
