2. What has he done since Nov. 4 that would indicate that he would?
Remember, actions speak louder than words. If he HAS done something, I'd honestly like to know. But I can't think of ONE thing off the top of my head that he's done that tells me we should expect the spying to stop.

So, we have to force him to return FISA to where it was before they destroyed it.

If he doesn't, he should be held to the same standard as Richard Nixon.

5. I think he will reduce
the unconstitutional government spying but not end it. So I vote no.

But of course this is all just guessing because he's not the President yet. :)
