15. Unless he's indicted Jesse Jackson jr. has a congressional seat

as long as he wants it. He got over 80% of the vote.

His ability to become Senator or Govenor regardless of guilt has been hampered for a long time as well as his chances of advancing too far in the House Leadership. Guilty or innocent.
