Okay, I just don't get this choice. I know Obama is a master political chess player. But does he really think that by reaching across to the evangelical aisle, in particular to Warren's "special" aisle, that he will change the minds of a bunch of closed-minded, bigoted zealots who actively try to suppress the rights of other Americans? It's sadly ironic for Obama to try to kowtow to this group.

Beyond anything else, I'm pissed off because I fought HARD for Obama during this campaign just to make sure the likes of a wingnut like Sarah Palin, who would fit PERFECTLY into Warren's congregation, could not reach the Oval Office. I know Warren isn't being nominated for anything close to a cabinet position, but symbolically it really is a big FU to agnostic, pro-choice, pro-gay, pro-evolution, pro-tolerance women like me. So good luck trying to get those Warren folks to come over to your side, and have fun alienating your base. Big mistake BO.
