The blacks who voted for him would have loved that!

What a dumb dumb move from a man who has done almost everything perfect!

1. Here's who spoke at JFK's inauguration:
There were Cardinal Cushing of Boston, Archbishop Iakovos of the Greek Orthodox Church, the Rev. Dr. John Barclay of the Central Christian Church in Austin, Texas, and Rabbi Nelson Glueck.

4. There you go.
JFK's Catholicism was very controversial, so he mitigated that by choosing to have a variety of faith represented.

I'm sorry, but Reverend Shiny Teeth from the Church of the Mega does not represent me and I'm sorry, sorry, he's speaking at the Inaugural.

6. And here's something about them:
At the Second Vatican Council (1962-1965) Cushing played a vital role in drafting Nostra Aetate, the document that officially absolved the Jews of deicide charge. He was a member of the NAACP.

A supporter of civil rights, Archbishop Iakovos was one of the few prominent non-African American clergymen who had the courage to walk hand in hand with Martin Luther King Jr. during the famous march in Selma, Alabama. A picture of this historic moment, with Archbishop Iakovos to the right of Martin Luther King Jr., was captured on the cover of Life Magazine on March 26, 1965.

I can't find much on John Barclay.

Although he worked to develop a historical understanding of biblical events, Dr. Glueck always maintained that his faith was not based on a literal interpretation of the bible. To do that, he once said, would be to "confuse fact with faith, history with holiness, science with religion."

7. I'm sure that most of the ministers there were anti-Interracial.....
although they probably weren't wearing name tags saying such.

MLK was jailed before and after JFK was inaugurated.
