Her true colors shined through on Real Time tonight. I will refrain from going to her website from now on. I'm glad Bill ever so subtly put her in her place.

1. I was glad to hear Waters talk about the Progressive Caucus...
...and how they'll be approaching Obama about Afghanistan.

Btw, gag me over the Ron Paul interview. I wish Bill had asked him where he stands on Choice.

2. What a stupid RW tool that guy is. I can't believe there were DUers who
backed him as a Presidential candidate.

3. What The Hell Was Tina Brown's Problem With Eye Contact?

She spent the whole show looking down at the table in front of her while she was speaking. Really creepy behavior from somebody who ought to know better.

I'm normally on Maher's side in the ongoing love/hate thing that turns up every week on DU after one of his shows, but I thought tonight's show sucked. Clunky monologue, followed by (God help us) Ron Paul, followed by a monotonous discussion of economics, followed by my turning the show off before its conclusion, something I've never done before. I'll watch next week's show and hope it's better.......

4. I tend to agree mostly.
The debate and dialogue between Maxine Waters and the lady in green from the Financial Times was the best part.

5. I thought most of it was pretty good except for the Ron Paul part
But I must confess I didn't really hear a lot of it because Mrs, tom fell asleep early in the show and snored most of the rest of the hour (although she vehemently denies doing so). So I guess her verdict pretty much supports your opinion.

6. Some feel Ms. Brown is teh awesome
...because she supposedly pays the individuals that blog on her site.

As for myself, I trust that woman as far as I can throw her.

10. She had a magazine, "Talk" for
about 5 minutes before it went belly up a few years ago and I guess I had the idea that she was progressive. But, it sounds like "no".

8. I Enjoyed Maher's Show Last Night... Especially The "Skank Of America" AND
"Shitty Bank" comments! I was "un-impressed with the "Gabriel Gal" though. Forgot her last name!

Maxine Waters seems to be saying that there is a coalition in Congress that DOES NOT AGREE with Obama about sending troops to Afghanistan! I'm WITH HER!!!
