Them answers were just too long...
One of CNN's IReporters started to "zone out" after two sentances...

Hey lady, they're running reruns of Three's Company over at Nick at Night...

1. it was a bit long winded
not his best but I still just love listening to him..it is so refreshingly different from the last 8 years...its going to take some people a while to get used to comprehending more than a bumper sticker

2. He should just chuckle
and say, "I'm the decider". No further explanation needed. The press was happy with that from Bush.

10. Don't do that! Please!
I almost threw up when I saw that "decider" bilge. Too bad we can't put our posts in a "plain brown wrapper."

3. The worst part is that they project their own laziness and stupidity on to the public
They're too lazy and stupid to do real journalism, so they say the public gets "bored" with this sort of stuff. Who knows "the public" better? The black guy who just whipped GOP ass to become president, or failing-ratings CNN?

4. I like being spoken to like an adult
Maybe it's because I work in a university and discourse and rhetoric and conversatation are alive and well here, but I like fleshed out answers. Sound bites will kill this country because the practice of saying them is dumbing everyone down. Unfortunately it's the toxic left-over of advertising.

5. Yes they sure was ......
.... personally, I think he needs to start doing three hour long pressers. Just because your words are "deep" and "meaningful" and "coherent" and "rational" does not mean you can cheat us out of more dumb questions from the press SIR! ;)

8. I just saw a clip - viewers wanted more hope, less substance.
They wished Obama would have been more inspirational instead of boring them with all the details. x(

12. THis is actually a good sign because they can't attack the message
But they can claim he's boring. Which, of course he isn't. His approval rating probably went up a point or two.

The msm is continuing to make itself irrelevant, but it doesn't matter anymore. We have the internet and President Obama is talking to us, the people when he goes on Leno, on 60 minutes and on these press conferences. We don't need pundits to tell us what to think anymore because we can think for ourselves.

13. Too bad for CNN!
A real, genuine reporter wouldn't start to "zone out" at all, ever!

Idiots.
