O'donnell appears to have cut off Howard Dean. She did not say goodbye nor thank you, as she did with her other guests. Also, she didn't have any response when he hung tight and let her know that the moderate Democrats are who the discussion will be with because Republicans bring nothing to the table....i.e., they are irrelevant.
